Hey I’m Troy Palermo.  I’m a pas­tor at Life­Point Church in Colum­bus, Ohio.  I’m pas­sion­ate about small groups, church plant­ing and what God is doing through the local church here in the U.S. and around the world.  Before mov­ing to Colum­bus to help launch Life­Point in 2004, I worked for 9 years at Colo­nial Hills Church in Southaven, Mississippi.

Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the amaz­ing priv­i­lege of learn­ing from and part­ner­ing with a lot of great peo­ple and this web­site is a place for me to orga­nize and share some of the things that I have learned along the way.  My hope is that some of this stuff will be help­ful to other pas­tors and church planters as we make MUCH of God and nav­i­gate the jour­ney together.

I’m mar­ried to Ali­son, a spe­cial edu­ca­tion teacher and an amaz­ing woman who chal­lenges and encour­ages me along the way.  When I’m not work­ing I love LSU foot­ball, Uni­ver­sity of Mem­phis bas­ket­ball, the Gulf Coast and chas­ing fish with my fly-rod (so many fish, so lit­tle time).
